DeAnne
Rosenberg
is about choices -- existential corporate
choices: Use low-cost, quick, impersonal management training and
development services to satisfy a mandate; or use high profile, high-priced
services that dispense theory, generating confusion and accomplishing nothing.
Or a third, perhaps more responsible choice: Retain a moderate-cost management
trainer that delivers positive measurable results.
Science
and Technology have brought us into a new era -- one of prosperity with rapid
economic growth and "full employment". The question has been,
"Will companies make commensurate profits in this new era?".
Now it's "Will our company survive?".
Unfortunately
the post-9-11 world has put a hold or regression on our new prosperity.
This
situation has produced somewhat of a crisis in Corporate
America
where we have downsized virtually every operation. How are we going to
staff our eventual economic re-expansion, where are the managers coming from who
will supervise and lead the work force and how can we do it on a significantly
reduced budget?
Fiscal responsibility requires 1) that we exercise the
utmost care in interviewing, hiring and retaining our employees and 2) that we
train our executives, managers and leaders to get the most from a workforce that
includes myriad personalities

Managers
are usually chosen from the best of non- managerial staff. Unfortunately
they most often do not have managerial talent, but must be developed and trained
to deal effectively and productively with what they meet in the workplace.
On
the other side of the coin, good employees don't just fall out of the sky, they
must be selected -- by managers who have little experience in that selection
process.
DeAnne
Rosenberg
trains managers to lead effectively.
Her method is experiential, based on the concept that those who participate in
their own learning process learn best.
DeAnne
Rosenberg
now offers three basic management
development and training formats:
- In-house
customized workshops for groups of managers
- One-on-one
seminars for managers and executives who want to hone existing skills or
acquire new ones
- The
creation of customized training materials for in-house corporate training
staff.
Sorry!
DeAnne Rosenberg
does not do public seminars because in the training world "one size does
not fit all".
